2020 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition

The 18th edition of the Italian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition took place in Bari from 12 to 15 February 2020, hosted by Università degli Studi di Bari

The State of Adawa (Applicant) and the Republic of Rasasa (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to settle their differences concerning the Helian Hyacinth.

  2. Fully autonomous weapons systems;

  3. Government ministers accused of war crimes; and

  4. The potentially conflicting jurisdiction of the ICJ and the WTO.
