The 10th edition of the Italian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition

The Republic of Aprephe (Applicant) and the Republic of Rantania (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to settle their differences in the Case concerning the Mai-Tocao Temple.

The case presented the following issues:

  1. Legality of the Use of Force by an International Organization;

  2. Attributability of the Use of Force to an International Organization;

  3. Jurisdictional Immunities of the State; and

  4. Cultural Property.
