The 8th edition of the Italian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition

The Republic of Aspatria (Applicant) and the Kingdom of Rydal (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to settle their differences in the Case concerning the Windscale Islands.

The case presented the following issues:

  1. Self Determination;

  2. Sovereignty over Territory;

  3. Bilateral Investment Treaties; and

  4. Seizure of Assets.
