The Kingdom of Arkam (Applicant) and the State of Randolfia (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to settle their differences in the Case concerning the International Criminal Court.

The case presented the following issues:

  1. ICC jurisdiction and admissibility;

  2. State sovereignty versus international criminal accountability;

  3. Legality of surrendering nationals to the ICC; and

  4. Complementarity, amnesties, and prosecution of war crimes/genocide.
